Description
Variety and vineyards: 100% organic Xarel·lo from estate-owned vineyards in the Penedès D.O., Muntanyes d’Ordal subzone. It comes from a vineyard planted in the early 1980s, facing northwest and located in a privileged position overlooking the Casa Ravella valley, in a Mediterranean setting that brings freshness, identity and balance.
Harvest and winemaking Hand-harvested and made from free-run must, the most delicate and expressive part of the grape. A fresh, sincere and bright Xarel·lo, designed to be enjoyed within the year and to show the most honest side of Penedès, with no artifice and great varietal purity.
Tasting note Clear, pale colour with greenish hues; persistent aromas of orchard fruit; on the palate, it is fresh, pleasant and balanced, with a clean, direct and distinctly Mediterranean expression.
Pairing and serving: Ideal with white fish, delicate seafood, seafood rice dishes, grilled vegetables, Mediterranean salads, fresh cheeses and appetizers. Serve between 8 and 10 °C.
