The grapes come from a vineyard planted in the 1990s, located in the woodland surroundings of Tur\u00f3 de Can Ravella, where the unique microclimate and clay-loam terroir bring freshness, personality and a distinctive Mediterranean expression.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"2200\"><strong data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1862\">Harvest and winemaking<\/strong> Hand-harvested and crafted with a respectful approach, with a short grape maceration to preserve freshness, enhance its fruity character and achieve an approachable, expressive and very well-balanced red wine. It is a Garnacha with its own identity, focused more on elegance and fruit than on excessive power.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2462\"><strong data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2219\">Tasting note<\/strong> Red colour with violet hues; aromas of cherry and Mediterranean woodland with great aromatic persistence; on the palate, it is fresh, balanced and very pleasant, with a juicy, natural and easy-to-enjoy sensation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2675\"><strong data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2488\">Pairing and serving:<\/strong> Ideal with mountain-style rice dishes, white meats, poultry, grilled vegetables, mushrooms, Iberian cured meats, semi-cured cheeses and medium-intensity Mediterranean cuisine.
