Description

Variety and vineyards: 100% organic Garnacha from estate-owned vineyards in the Penedès D.O., Muntanyes d’Ordal subzone. The grapes come from a vineyard planted in the 1990s, located in the woodland surroundings of Turó de Can Ravella, where the unique microclimate and clay-loam terroir bring freshness, personality and a distinctive Mediterranean expression.

Harvest and winemaking Hand-harvested and crafted with a respectful approach, with a short grape maceration to preserve freshness, enhance its fruity character and achieve an approachable, expressive and very well-balanced red wine. It is a Garnacha with its own identity, focused more on elegance and fruit than on excessive power.

Tasting note Red colour with violet hues; aromas of cherry and Mediterranean woodland with great aromatic persistence; on the palate, it is fresh, balanced and very pleasant, with a juicy, natural and easy-to-enjoy sensation.

Pairing and serving: Ideal with mountain-style rice dishes, white meats, poultry, grilled vegetables, mushrooms, Iberian cured meats, semi-cured cheeses and medium-intensity Mediterranean cuisine. Serve between 14 and 16 °C.
